Return Policy
Return & exchange requests will be honored within 7 days from when
your shipment is received. However, we require that customers notify
Cotton Hustle (718-414-2466 or customerservice@cottonhustle.com) of any
problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
Online
customers can return there merchandise to 5012 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
11220 and a replacement will be mailed back. If Item is unavailable you
will receive a coupon code with a credit for your merchandise.
Items
must have their original packaging and in new un-worn condition. All
refunds will be refunded for future STORE CREDIT ONLY. Refunds are not
available for any product after the 7 days. All sale/discount items
CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty
or damaged. Exchanged items are NOT guaranteed to be in stock and
customers may have to receive store credit if items are out of stock.
